We want you on the right bike. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work. Please review it before ordering. All amounts are in US Dollars (USD).
Returns at a glance
- Return window: 30 days from delivery or pickup.
- Condition: Unused and unridden, in original condition and packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
- Return shipping: Paid by the customer, except when the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product.
- Return method: By mail, or in person at our Ocoee store.
- Refund method: Original payment method.
- Refund timeframe: Within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
- Restocking fee: None on eligible returns.
How to start a return
- Email support@bikelifebicycleshop.com or call (321) 222-0110 within 30 days with your order number.
- We’ll confirm your return is eligible and send return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back, or bring it to the store.
- Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or model? Start a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement, or contact us and we’ll help arrange the exchange, subject to availability.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Non-returnable items
- Custom builds and special-order items.
- Used or installed components, and any item showing signs of use or wear.
- Clearance and final-sale items.
- Gift cards.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships or is prepared for pickup. Please contact us as soon as possible.
