The Rennstahl 853 Gravel is the successor to a long and extremely successful tradition. This bike was developed under the project name “One Bike for Life” and stands by it. Depending on the equipment, the Rennstahl 853 Gravel can cover all ranges from road to off-road to touring bike.

Details of the Rennstahl 853 Gravel
The bottom bracket is lower than usual, which improves road holding at high speeds and shifts the center of gravity further down without bringing disadvantages off-road. In addition, hydraulic disc brakes provide optimal modulation and deceleration in any situation – be it on fast cross-country trails or when riding in the rain on the road. Furthermore, the mounting points make the 853 Gravel suitable for long distances. If you want to use the Gravel Racer as a sporty touring bike, you can mount a rear rack on the rear triangle, which finally mutates this bike into the ultimate all-rounder.
The frame comes with a robust coating that seals the frame inside and out and makes it resistant to corrosion. The wide bottom bracket shell allows for optimal support of the chainstays on one side, but more importantly also allows for continuous routing of the rear hydraulic lines inside the bottom bracket without coming into conflict with the drivetrain. The tire passage is large enough for tires with a width of up to 45mm (40mm with mudguards). Visually and technically, the carbon fork is a perfect complement to the steel frame.
