Bike Life LLC (“Bike Life Bicycle Shop”, “we”) wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how to return an item, the timeframes, and how refunds are processed.
1. Return window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The 30-day window starts on the date the carrier marks your shipment as delivered.
2. Condition requirements
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
- Bicycles must show no signs of riding (no scuffs on tires, no chain wear, no scratches).
- Items damaged after delivery, used items, and items missing parts may receive a partial refund or be refused.
3. Items that cannot be returned
- Custom-built bikes and customized components.
- Helmets and safety items that have been used or have broken seals.
- Used inner tubes, chains, sealant, lubricants, and other consumables once opened.
- Final-sale items clearly marked “non-returnable” on the product page.
4. How to start a return
- Email info@bikelifebicycleshop.com with your order number and reason for return, or call +1 (321) 222-0110 during business hours.
- We will reply within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
- Pack the item securely (original packaging where possible) and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
- Ship the package to the return address provided. Keep the tracking number.
5. Return shipping
- If the return is our error (wrong item shipped, defective, damaged in transit, item not as described): we pay return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
- If the return is a change of mind (you no longer want the item): you pay return shipping.
- We do not charge a restocking fee for accessory returns. Full bicycles are subject to a 10% restocking fee only if returned outside original packaging or with signs of assembly/use.

Packages sent without an RMA number will be refused.
7. Refund processing
- We inspect returns within 3 business days of receipt.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection.
- Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund to your statement.
- If we cannot refund the original payment method (closed account, expired card), we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
8. Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect, contact info@bikelifebicycleshop.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
9. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If you would prefer a direct exchange, we can arrange one once the original item is received and inspected.
10. Warranty claims
Items past the 30-day return window may still be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. See our Warranty page or contact info@bikelifebicycleshop.com to start a warranty claim.
