Gravel riding is exploding in popularity. With the ability to ride on the pavement efficiently and then ride on dirt paths with ease, gravel bikes are extremely versatile. The Salsa Warbird Carbon AXS Force 700c Bike is like a cassowary with armor and a flaming sword ready to take on the adventures ahead. It has a carbon fiber frame and fork that is loaded with features. It has a Class 5 Vibration Reduction System that provides a much smoother ride, clearance for up to 700 x 45mm or 650b x 2.0″ tires, an integrated top tube bag mount, room for 2 to 3 bottle cages, internal sleeved cable routing, fender mounts, and is compatible with the Salsa Wanderlust Rack when using the optional Salsa Rack-Lock seat collar.
The Force AXS version of the Salsa Warbird comes with a SRAM Force AXS eTap wireless electronic 2×12-speed drivetrain. The gearing is perfect for hill climbing and all-day adventures with a 10-36T gear range on the rear. SRAM Force Hydraulic Disc Brakes provide excellent stopping power so you can descend with confidence. Whisky No.9 GVL Carbon wheels are paired with Teravail Cannonball tires that can be set up tubeless for a smoother ride, better traction, and fewer flats.
