At Bike Life Bicycle Shop, we are committed to your satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy outlines eligibility, procedures, timelines, and responsibilities for returning products purchased online or in-store.

We strive to ensure a transparent process for both domestic and international customers and to comply with Google Merchant Center requirements.


1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned if they meet the following conditions:

  1. Returned within 30 days of delivery or in-store pickup.

  2. In original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

  3. Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is provided.

Items not meeting these conditions may be ineligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order bicycles, unless defective or damaged in transit

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or modification


2. Return Process

For Online Orders (Domestic & International)

  1. Contact us at info@bikelifebicycleshop.com to initiate a return.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  4. Ship the item back using a traceable shipping method (customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped in error).

For international orders, customers are responsible for customs or import duties on returns, if applicable.

For Local In-Store Pickup Orders

  • Bring the item and proof of purchase to 104 W McKey St, Ocoee, FL 34761.

  • Our team will inspect the item and process your return or exchange on-site.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Standard refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • The refund Processing time is 7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or shipped in error.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for a different model, size, or color are processed as a return + new order.

  • Contact us to initiate an exchange and receive instructions.

  • Any price difference for the exchanged item will be billed or refunded as applicable.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspect all items upon receipt.

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label for domestic orders and instructions for international returns.

  • Damaged or defective items will be fully refunded or replaced, including shipping costs.


6. International Returns

  • International returns follow the same 30-day policy.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and any local taxes unless the item was damaged or shipped in error.

  • Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected, and may take 7–14 business days to process.
