At Bike Life Bicycle Shop, we are committed to delivering your order safely, quickly, and at no additional cost. This Shipping Policy outlines order processing, delivery estimates, shipping methods, international shipping, and tracking for a transparent and reliable shopping experience.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully reviewed and processed before shipment. Our order cutoff time is 8:00pm local time. Our standard processing times are:

  • In-stock items: 0–1 business days

  • Special-order or custom bicycles: 4–5 business days

  • Accessories or parts requiring assembly or inspection: 2–3 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We offer the following shipping options:

All delivery estimates start from the date the order is shipped, not the date the order is placed.


3. Shipping Costs

All orders ship for free, including international shipments via Standard Ground.

  • Standard Ground: Free for all orders.

  • Local In-Store Pickup: Free.

No hidden fees are added after checkout. Customs, duties, or import taxes may apply for international orders, depending on the destination country. Customers are responsible for paying these fees if applicable.


4. Estimated Delivery & Transit Times

  • Standard Ground (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Standard Ground (International): 7–12 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

  • Local In-Store Pickup: Same-day or next business day

Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, high-volume periods, or customs processing. Customers will be notified of any expected delays.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Carrier name

  • Tracking number

  • Estimated delivery date

You can monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website. Tracking updates are generally available within 24 hours of shipment.


6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

We package all items securely, but occasionally issues may occur:

  • Damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage.

  • Lost or missing packages: If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the order, contact us immediately. We will assist with filing a claim with the carrier.

All claims will be handled according to carrier policies and may require proof of damage or non-delivery.
