These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of bikelifebicycleshop.com (the “Site”) and any purchase from Bike Life LLC (“Bike Life Bicycle Shop”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a Florida limited liability company. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@bikelifebicycleshop.com of any unauthorized use.

3. Orders and acceptance

Submission of an order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including but not limited to: stock unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or inability to ship to your address. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the full amount within 5 business days.

4. Pricing, taxes, and currency

All prices on the Site are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of sales tax. Applicable U.S. state sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

5. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is processed at the time of order. Cards are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers (Stripe, PayPal); we do not store full card numbers.

8. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. See our Warranty page. Bike Life LLC does not provide an additional retailer warranty beyond what the manufacturer offers, except as required by applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

All Site content (text, graphics, logos, photographs) is owned by Bike Life LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners; their appearance on the Site does not imply endorsement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bike Life LLC’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any product purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bike Life LLC from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you and we consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim in small-claims court where eligible.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
